Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shield, operated by Prepaiere Labs. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Agreement
By accessing or using Shield—including our websites, contact form, demos, pilots, or authenticated platform—you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Shield is a continuous intelligence platform that may include mapping, data layers, workflows, reporting, and related tools for authorized users. Features may vary by deployment (demo, pilot, or production) and may change over time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, authorized by your organization to use Shield. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind your organization when acting on its behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.
Contact form
When you submit the public contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We process submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Shield or related systems.
- Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or distribute malware or spam.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell access except as expressly permitted in writing.
Intellectual property
Shield, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and content we provide, is owned by Prepaiere Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Shield—only a limited right to use it as permitted.
Intelligence and data disclaimer
Maps, layers, alerts, predictions, AI-generated outputs, and third-party feeds are provided for informational purposes. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Shield does not replace professional judgment, operational orders, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the platform.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shield is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prepaiere Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of Shield. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Shield will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Shield at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using Shield at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Shield, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
