Privacy Policy

Shield is operated by Prepaiere Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). For privacy-related questions or requests, please use our contact form.

Depending on how you use Shield, we may collect:

• Contact form data — name, work email, organization (optional), and message content when you submit the public contact form.
• Account and usage data — if you access Shield with credentials, we process account identifiers, authentication events, and service usage needed to operate the platform.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security or error logs generated when you interact with our websites and APIs.
• Local storage — essential browser storage (for example session or preference data) required for security and basic functionality.

We collect only what is needed to operate, secure, and improve our services.

• Respond to demo, pilot, and support inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• Provide, maintain, and secure the Shield platform and related services.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where applicable data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps at your request (for example responding to your inquiry); our legitimate interests in operating and securing Shield; and your consent where required (for example when you submit the contact form or when third-party security tools process data as described below).

We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on the contact form to help prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect device and usage information and send it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, including:

• Hosting and application infrastructure — runs our Nuxt application and API routes.
• Prepaire CMS — stores and processes contact-form submissions submitted through our server-side proxy.
• Google — reCAPTCHA Enterprise verification as described above.
• Map and data partners — where you use Shield features that rely on third-party feeds (for example mapping or intelligence layers); those providers may receive technical data necessary to deliver their service.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to twenty-four months), unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing correspondence. Security and technical logs are kept for shorter periods unless needed for incident investigation or legal compliance.

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form and describe your request. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

Your information may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and in other countries where we or our service providers operate (including the United States and the European Economic Area). We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards when data is transferred across borders.

Shield is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Shield after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
